Social Engine 4 beta 3

This should fix a majority of the bugs preventing installation and general use (and adds some cool features too). As with previous betas, we recommend a clean reinstall if possible since there are many moving parts between the beta versions and having everyone on the same page makes bug reporting more consistent.
